By shortcuts I mean ones like Alt+Tab, Ctrl+Tab, etc. if you want to use Win+ combination of keys only on your remote computer, then you can select the option 'Only the remote computer' I have been using Microsoft Remote Desktop, the replacement (upgrade?) to Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc) for some time now on a number of Windows 10 machines however, recently I've noticed that keyboard shortcuts aren't working when the window is full screen. It should be 'Only when using the full screen'. This should have an option under 'Keyboard' section -> 'Apply Windows key combinations:'. Is your remote desktop in full screen mode? When you launch mstsc.exe, click on 'Show Options', and go to 'Launch Resources' tab.
